Refund and Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated on our website at the time of purchase, BieNido reserves the right to adjust your order if needed. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. BieNido is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Once your order is handed over to a shipping service, any delivery-related issues will be your responsibility. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. Address changes must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled shipment.
If you are not satisfied with your BieNido product, please contact us at support@bienido.com. Depending on your situation, we may offer a product replacement or a partial/full refund at our discretion. Before issuing a refund or replacement, we may ask you to return the product and/or provide photo evidence to help us evaluate the issue. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
Please inspect all products carefully upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@bienido.com, and we will assist in replacing the damaged items.
All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your most recent product within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. This guarantee applies to one opened or unopened item per customer. To initiate a return, please email support@bienido.com with the subject line “Return Request”, include your order number and reason for return, and follow the return instructions provided.
